To handle all operational-related issues and inquiries, ATP Real Estate has adopted DaluxFM to be used in their newly established Service Center.
DaluxFM is the market’s most user-friendly FM system and provides service to over 30,000 users. The mobile HelpDesk makes it easy for users to report and send work orders directly to an external supplier straight from the app.
With DaluxFM, tenants of ATP’s properties have a common way to manage operational issues. If there is an issue with heating, ventilation or any day to day issues, tenants can simply log into the DaluxFM app to report, edit, and get status updates on it. This allows ATP to concentrate 100% on expediting tasks and providing smooth and efficient service to their customers on their properties.
As of now, half of ATP’s customers are affiliated with DaluxFM, and they plan on making the platform accessible to all customers by the second half of 2019.
