Through collaboration, Atrium Ljungberg will develop more standardized processes in the construction stage and more digital information in the administration. Besides, the site management can get a better overview of ongoing work in the projects which is a good and easy solution for the future.
We see that Dalux’ integrated solution becomes a strategic tool for us when it comes to, for example, process standardization in construction projects. We get better project handovers and digital information in the facility management. In addition, we get a common project and management system that we are convinced is a future solution for us. Koncenton

After a thorough market analysis and evaluation of the number of IT suppliers, Koncenton A/S chooses Dalux. Koncenton A/S is experiencing strong growth in the housing market and they expect to increase the property portfolio and leases from 1,500 to 4,500 units within the next few years. In connection with this development, the real estate investor will use Dalux to support their growth strategy and increase the need for digitization in the building and Facility management. Koncenton’ expected the platform to be easily expanded with extra data fields, easy access, high data security, and ease of use and integration. All these needs were met with Dalux. Statsbygg

Statsbygg, the State of Norway has chosen Dalux as their SaaS-platform for all their 2,800,000 m2 buildings. Statsbygg is one of the leading governmental organizations in the world concerning BIM and digital twins. The State of Norway will now be able to gather and make all technical information accessible in one place and create linkages between FM information. Dalux is an important and useful tool to digitize Statsbygg’ buildings and becomes the foundation of work with digital twins. Statsbygg also plans to implement Dalux’ augmented reality (AR) technology for Facility Management in maintenance.

Hjørring Municipality

Hjørring Municipality has chosen to implement DaluxFM .  Prior to deciding on which facility management system to use, the municipality conducted a market dialogue with broad, internal participation down to service level employees.  It was important to Hjørring Municipality that the system chosen had a high level of user-friendliness and would be successful out on the field.

Hjørring Municipality has teamed up with Dalux throughout the whole process.  Dalux has been able to provide the munipality with clear instructions in order to provide service managers with a thorough review of the modules in DaluxFM and the apps they must use in their everyday work.  Dalux is very positive about the cooperation with Hjørring Municipality and is impressed by the rapid and effective implementation seen so far.

The Danish Police

14,000 employees of the Danish Police can register with DaluxFM’s HelpDesk on their mobile device. With few clicks on their phone, all police employees can now report everything from missing paper in a printer to the lack of coolant in a police car.
“Many had a feeling that the service workers were far away, and it was difficult to report problems. With the new system, we have moved assignments closer to the employees. We want to inform the users that it is is possible to bring information closer to them. It is our experience that frustration and misunderstandings can arise when users are not adequately informed about the level of service they can expect. Region Zealand

Region Zealand and Dalux have just entered an agreement to use DaluxFM in all the region’s 650,000 m2 properties. The region will use DaluxFM to handle tasks in operation and maintenance, plant registration, preventive maintenance, on-time land management with CAD and BIM models, and much more.  After looking closely at several other FM systems, Region Zealand ultimately made the decision to implement Dalux as their FM system of choice.
“In the evaluation of all tenders, we decided that user-friendliness should weigh the heaviest. We want the FM solution to reach specific users in the region, where ease of use and simplicity are crucial to whether they are doing well and using on a daily basis.  The FM should not require long courses.  We evaluated that Dalux was the most user friendly FM system.  A big plus in the assessment was their mobile apps. Lejre Municipality

Following a close look at the market for FM systems, Lejre Municipality selected DaluxFM to manage their properties and operations. Lejre Municipality has previously handled all their operating tasks and property portfolio in a spreadsheet, which made the management of tasks and portfolio difficult.  Ten systems were thoroughly tested by Jette Foget, who has been at the forefront of FM system selection. Lejre Municipality has chosen the DaluxFM HelpDesk to report errors and deficiencies and to deliver central tasks to the corresponding actors.
“The municipality of Lejre has chosen to invest in Dalux FM to get a Helpdesk system for the registration fo property maintenance tasks and a digital system for the general management of operational tasks in the property department.  The advantage of a digital system is that we facilitate the citizens and users’ ability to contact us and report problems as concretely as possible – and we save a lot of administrative time because cases are more clear from the start.  At the same time, workflow optimization helps us maintain the value of our buildings in our location at Lejre Municipality.”
