Per Aarsleff, Denmark’s biggest general contractor, is using Dalux for the 402 million EUR construction project of Danske Bank’s new headquarters in Copenhagen, which will have a total building area of 113,000 square meters, including 73,000 sqm for the headquarter buildings and 40,000 sqm for parking and engineering.
Danske Bank’s current headquarters is located in Holmen’s Canal where it has been standing since 1875. The new headquarters will have room for 4,000 Danske Bank employees and offer a more modern space as the company continues to grow. Apart from offices, there will also be a banking museum, cafe and a bank. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.
