Suppliers get their own portal where they can internally manage work orders. Communication regarding work orders are logged through e-mail or directly in the portal. 

HelpDesk ticket 

A typical flow of a work order in DaluxFM starts with a HelpDesk ticket, which is sent to the supplier and finally approved by the FM team. This process can be implemented with the integration of our Operations and Maintenance and HelpDesk tools.
