The world’s largest indoor snow park is currently being built using Dalux in Løreskog, Norway.

Betonmast Romerike AS is the contractor on the project, and has a Turnkey Contract on NOK 700 million.

With an area on 50,000 square meters, SNØ will be four times as big as the Telenor arena in Copenhagen.

SNØ will offer two kilometers of cross country tracks in hilly terrain, four alpine slopes, a blue park for snowboard and freestyle, as well as a large play area for children. The temperature will stay between -2 to -4 and it will be open every day all year.

SNØ will also combine the winter sports facilities with a winter academy and a center with restaurants, hotels, shops and apartments.

SNØ is expected to be finished in January 2020.
