“Dalux saves us an incredible amount of time!” said Robin Krantz, Design Manager and Co-Owner at FRAM.

FRAM from Sweden are using Dalux in their design management process: ”Dalux has helped us to keep tight deadlines. Everyone can comment in the same system with automatically updated and available models. It saves us an incredible amount of time!”

said Robin Krantz, Design Manager and Co-Owner at FRAM.

EMTEK Access Solutions | Anthony Hardwood Composites uses Dalux on site in San Rafael, California, USA, when designing and building a floating access system for transmission work in a tidal wetland area.

“Having Dalux AR right on our phones gives us a quick way to explain our system while standing on site, potentially waist-deep in mud. Some of the most important conversations during the planning phase occur while standing on site, potentially waist-deep in mud. Having Dalux AR right on our phones gives us a quick way to explain the design and distinguish our system from others in those critical moments. It’s been especially helpful in working with environmental experts to discuss placement of systems and predicted impact,”

said Rhoen Fiutak, Technical Marketing Manager at EMTEK Access Solutions | Anthony Hardwood Composites.

“Dalux allows us to export the BIM models quickly and directly to the platform.” said María Blázquez, Coordinadora BIM at Sacyr.

SACYR, Spain, is using Dalux during the construction of a new part of the famous Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid:

“We are using the Dalux platform for 3D visualisation and review of our BIM models. Dalux allows us to be operational when it comes to exporting BIM models quickly and directly to the platform. We also use Dalux to measure and check distances, filter by categories, and exported parameters. Other advantages are the functionalities and power of the platform,” says María Blázquez, Coordinadora BIM at Sacyr.

“Dalux is a great help in handling tasks and provides a uniform structure.” said Christian Brinch, Head of Construction at Clever

Clever, Denmark’s biggest charging network for electric cars, is using #Dalux:

“Dalux ensures that documents are version controlled, shared, logged, and archived during the current project. It is a flexible system that we use to request advance payments, documentation and images, drawings, technical regulations etc.,” said Christian Brinch, Head of Construction at Clever.

“The Dalux platform allows us to improve on-site processes, and it ensures a higher quality from the beginning of the project.” says Maciej Gwarda, Operations Director at CFE Polska.

CFE Polska and BPI Real Estate Poland are using Dalux at the Chmielna DUO construction site in Warsaw:

“Our motto, CHANGING FOR GOOD, means that we strive to use new technologies. So, together with the investor, BPI Real Estate, we decided to implement the Dalux tool on the Chmielna DUO project, which is the first project where we did this.

The Dalux platform allows us to improve processes on the construction site and at the same time ensure a higher quality of our services, which is our priority,” says Maciej Gwarda, Operations Director at CFE Polska.

“Only Dalux can open the complete model and work with it. The complexity is simply too high for other digital tools,” says Mikael Åberg, who works for the Swedish contractor Serneke

“Only Dalux can open the complete model and work with it. The complexity is simply too high for other digital tools,” says Mikael Åberg, who works for the Swedish contractor Serneke on #Karlatornet, the tallest building in the Nordics.

Serneke uses #Dalux on the project to simplify design communication, RFIs, quality control, change orders, checklists, safety inspections, and much more. So far, more than 25,000 tasks have been handled in Dalux.

“One of the strengths of Dalux is that we can handle processes of very different complexity; everything from BIM-related issues with several involved parties, to 360-degree photo documentation, as well as easier construction management in production,” says Mikael Åberg.
