Clever, Denmark’s biggest charging network for electric cars, is using #Dalux:
“Dalux ensures that documents are version controlled, shared, logged, and archived during the current project. It is a flexible system that we use to request advance payments, documentation and images, drawings, technical regulations etc.,” said Christian Brinch, Head of Construction at Clever.
CFE Polska and BPI Real Estate Poland are using Dalux at the Chmielna DUO construction site in Warsaw:
“Our motto, CHANGING FOR GOOD, means that we strive to use new technologies. So, together with the investor, BPI Real Estate, we decided to implement the Dalux tool on the Chmielna DUO project, which is the first project where we did this.
The Dalux platform allows us to improve processes on the construction site and at the same time ensure a higher quality of our services, which is our priority,” says Maciej Gwarda, Operations Director at CFE Polska.
“Only Dalux can open the complete model and work with it. The complexity is simply too high for other digital tools,” says Mikael Åberg, who works for the Swedish contractor Serneke on #Karlatornet, the tallest building in the Nordics.
Serneke uses #Dalux on the project to simplify design communication, RFIs, quality control, change orders, checklists, safety inspections, and much more. So far, more than 25,000 tasks have been handled in Dalux.
“One of the strengths of Dalux is that we can handle processes of very different complexity; everything from BIM-related issues with several involved parties, to 360-degree photo documentation, as well as easier construction management in production,” says Mikael Åberg.
UBA Bouw | Projectontwikkeling, Netherlands, is using #Dalux for quality registrations to match the requirements of the Quality Assurance Act for Construction. “With Dalux we can use inspection- and control plans to register what goes right, while deviations are registered and monitored by a task. This way of working gives us a better structure in storing information and a guideline for assessing completed work. The final quality is improved and we have some insight earlier in the process about parts that can be adjusted to limit failure costs” tells Vera de Weerd, Internal Quality Assurance at UBA Bouw BV.
Van Rhijn Groep BV, Netherlands, is using #Dalux for the construction of several houses in the green residential area of Parc Catwijck. “With Dalux we can bring #BIM on the construction site, resulting in a clear overview of the buildings and better and reliable information on site. Building materials are inspected upon arrival or during processing through an inspection plan, where we record whether the agreement has been reached or which actions are needed to achieve the result.” – tells Menno de Jong, BIM director at Van Rhijn Bouw BV.
ERBUD GROUP, Poland, is furthering the #BIM innovation process by using #Dalux to create digital twins. “One of the benefits of using BIM during construction is the creation of a digital twin, which gives us the ability to analyse and assess risks in advance. Most importantly, it gives us access to real-time information. On-site co-ordination without drawings is now possible!” – Jakub Pękala, Head of BIM.
