Ayaz has over four years of experience in the UK’s construction sector as a civil engineer. He began his journey with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, which he later followed with a master’s degree in the same field. His theoretical and practical knowledge of the industry grew as he worked on numerous civil projects, such as the Luton DART and the A38 Tame Valley project. Alongside his work, Ayaz also contributes to social value initiatives such as mentoring, open days, and canal clean-ups. He continues to broaden his engineering pathway by enrolling as a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and achieving an EngTech qualification. Currently, Ayaz is working with Dalux on a major highways project, helping to deliver high-quality standards.
