The Dalux Summit 2025 will be held at The Hangar, located at the Clarion & Comfort Copenhagen Airport Hotels, right at the gateway to Denmark’s vibrant capital, Copenhagen.
Copenhagen is well-known for the ease at which you can travel around the city. This year, the Dalux Summit is located at the Hangar at Clarion & Comfort Copenhagen Airport hotels, situated just a short walk from Terminal 3.
If you are arriving by plane, go to Terminal 3 hall and follow signs for Clarion Hotel. It’s clearly marked and easily accessible by foot.
From Copenhagen Central Station, you can reach the venue by train. Take any train to Copenhagen Airport (CPH Lufthavn). Trains depart every 10-15 minutes. Upon arrival at the CPH Airport, take the escalator to Terminal 3 and follow signs to the Clarion hotel, just 100 m away.
From Copenhagen Central Station, you can reach the venue by metro. Take M3 or M4 line to Kongens Nytorv, then transfer to M2 towards Copenhagen Airport. At the airport, take the escalator to Terminal 3 and follow signs to the Clarion hotel, a short 100 m walk.
The venue uses the airport’s official parking facilities. The most convenient option is the P7 garage located beneath the hotel, offering elevator access to the lobby.
We have secured special rates at the Clarion and Comfort Copenhagen Airport hotels. The discount code will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Unfortunately there is no longer accommodation available at agreed rates, however there may be standard availability at the Scandic Kødbyen hotel. The Scandic Kødbyen is around 15 minutes by public transport to the event venue at Scandic Falkoner.
