Common Data Environment
Data sharing & interoperability

One challenge for construction is to adequately train the next generation in how to work within a modern and changeable construction environment. Sapienza University of Rome have created a masters level course to teach their Architectural Engineering students the skills  necessary to work in an interdisciplinary and interoperable environment based on the use of shared data. In this presentation you’ll see how they are using Dalux Box to facilitate their course, and how they’re teaching the next generation to minimize the environmental impact throughout the entire life cycle of a building!

The importance of defining and delivering information

With the rising awareness of data during and after construction and how we can use it to gain value, this panel discussion is focused around the defining and delivering of information and why it is so critical to get it right. Those on the panel are from different parts of the construction and maintenance process and will share their perspective on this important part of the industry.
