The Czech Republic’s largest bank Česká spořitelna is building its first unified headquarters in Prague, bringing employees from five locations together in a modern campus designed to be open to both employees and the public. The project combines architecture, technology, and energy efficiency, including a geothermal borehole field reaching depths of up to 200 meters. Together with active concrete core technology, the system is designed to reduce electricity consumption by up to 45% compared to a typical office building. With a project of this scale and complexity, Dalux provides a common data environment connecting BIM models, project documentation, design reviews, and construction processes. Detailed 3D models support coordination across structural and technical disciplines, while the Dalux API enables continuous reporting and monitoring. By bringing design, construction, and project data together in one platform, Dalux supports a more transparent and data-driven approach.
