Borj Attijari – Attijariwafa Bank Headquarters
Borj Attijari, the headquarters of Attijariwafa Bank at the heart of Casablanca Finance City, is an iconic project spanning more than 100,000 m². It includes a 114-metre tower, office buildings, several underground levels, and numerous architectural and technical interfaces, with a strong focus on quality, safety, environmental performance, and sustainability.
Faced with this level of complexity, CMS chose a structured, digital, and traceable approach to project management, using Dalux Field as a shared platform for monitoring and collaboration between CMS, the project management team, engineering consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. The platform made it possible to centralise quality inspections, site observations, non-conformities, safety and environmental issues, as well as handover activities, following a simple and rigorous process: identify, locate, document, assign, track, and close each issue.
This approach transformed a very large volume of on-site information into actionable tasks and fact-based decisions supported by shared statuses and photographic evidence. Beyond digitisation, the real value lies in improved transparency, accountability, collaboration, and handover preparation, as well as in the ability to better connect sustainability objectives with their actual implementation on site. This included a 16.5% reduction in Scope 3 / Global Warming Potential between the baseline and the as-built stage, helping the project achieve LEED Gold certification.
Borj Attijari demonstrates how the combination of technology, methodology, on-site discipline, and collaboration can turn a complex Moroccan construction project into a benchmark for digital construction management, both in Morocco and across Africa.
