Grundfos A/S

Global HQ Bjerringbro

Grundfos is building its new global headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, where the company was founded more than 80 years ago. Designed for 660 employees, the circular building draws inspiration from the movement of water through Grundfos pumps and aims to achieve DGNB Platinum certification. Sustainability is central to the project, with extensive use of timber, solar panels, green roofs, rainwater collection and reuse, and more than 4,000 new trees. The surrounding 25,000 m² park will also be open to the public, creating a new green space for the local community. Dalux has been the central collaboration platform from design through construction. Dalux Box supports structured reviews and model management, with more than 4,000 review comments recorded across the project. Dalux Field connects site teams through defect registrations, inspections, and tasks, while 360° photos provide a visual record of construction for future building operations. By bringing designers, contractors, technicians, and future facility operators together around the same information, Dalux supports the delivery of a sustainable headquarters designed for the long term.
