Its distinctive design connects the building with the surrounding park and urban environment, while geothermal systems provide a renewable energy source for long-term operation. Dalux serves as the project’s common data environment, bringing documentation, BIM models, and live construction data together in one place. Dalux Box supports version control, reviews, and approvals, while Dalux Field connects site teams through digital construction logs, design changes, Inspection and Test Plans, and other construction processes. With BIM models accessible both in the office and on site, QR codes allow teams to access the latest documentation and records linked to specific locations within the building. By connecting design information with real-time construction data, Dalux gives the entire project team a shared overview and supports coordination and decision-making throughout the delivery of Skypark Tower.
