The Kranjčevićeva Stadium project is one of Zagreb’s most significant investments in sports infrastructure in a generation. The new UEFA Category 4 stadium will become Dinamo Zagreb’s new home while Maksimir Stadium is under renovation. Located in the city center, the project combines monolithic foundations with prefabricated columns and beams, a steel roof structure, and an aluminum façade, requiring careful coordination to maximize both stadium capacity and the available space. STRABAG Croatia uses Dalux throughout the project to bring communication, BIM models, inspection plans, and construction data together in one place. Inspection plans are linked directly to physical elements in the model, helping the team manage and document individual concreting cycles, while point clouds are used to compare what was designed with what has been built. By combining BIM and construction information in one platform, Dalux gives teams a clear overview of the project.
