Talsinki Quarter is currently Estonia’s largest construction project, creating a new waterfront quarter just 30 meters from the Baltic Sea and 450 meters from Tallinn’s Old Town. The development will bring together around 130 seaside residences, office space, a hotel, spa and wellness center, marina, boutiques, and restaurants within one interconnected quarter. At the foundation of the project are 600 load-bearing piles, each modeled as an individual 3D object. With Dalux, Bildgren Ehitus OÜ can track every pile and its key parameters individually, while maintaining an overview of progress and quality across the entire site. For a project where everything above ground depends on what happens underground, this digital approach has brought greater structure, efficiency, and confidence to one of the most important phases of construction, helping set a new standard for construction in Estonia.
