Dalux Summit 2025 will be held from November 3–5 at The Hangar, part of the Clarion and Comfort Hotel, conveniently located near Copenhagen Airport (Ellerhammersvej 18-20, 2770 Kastrup, Copenhagen). The Dalux Summit will begin on November 3 with a dedicated networking evening from 17:00 to 22:00, offering participants the opportunity to connect and engage with industry professionals in an informal setting. The official program will take place on November 4 and 5, featuring user presentations, technical sessions, and the latest Dalux updates.

You can collect your name tag at any time during the event check-in period. It will be available at the networking event on November 3, as well as during registration hours on November 4 and 5, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Clarion Hotel is directly connected to Copenhagen Airport, making it very easy to reach using public transportation. Once you arrive at the airport, follow signs for Clarion Hotel from Terminal 3. It’s clearly marked and easily accessible by foot.
To reach the venue from Copenhagen Central Station take the M2 Metro line toward Lufthavnen (the airport). The journey takes about 15 minutes.
From other parts of Denmark take a regional train to Copenhagen Airport Station (Københavns Lufthavn Station).
From Malmö, Sweden take the Øresundståg train directly to Copenhagen Airport. Trains run frequently and take about 20–25 minutes.

Yes, there are several convenient parking options near the Clarion Hotel, which uses the airport’s official parking facilities.
The most convenient is the P7 garage, located directly beneath the hotel with elevator access to the lobby. Another nearby option is the P11 outdoor lot, just a short walk from the hotel. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel’s “Park, Stay & Fly” package, which includes accommodation and extended parking in either P7 or P11.
In addition, Copenhagen Airport offers other parking facilities, standard options like P5 and P10 within walking distance, and budget options like P15, P17, and P19, which are farther away but serviced by free shuttle buses. The Dalux Summit 2025 program is available at the Agenda page or in the conference app Brella. The code to join the event in the Brella app will be sent to you a few days before the event starts.
