Located in the city center of Jihlava, this iconic architectural project blends sports, culture, and public life, driving an urban regeneration and revitalization of the city core. With a seating capacity of over 5,000, the arena promotes a shift away from car-dependent infrastructure, and supports environmental goals by helping to reduce emissions. Given the scale and complexity of the project, Dalux played a critical role, providing well-structured, accurate, and coordinated BIM models, and serving as the single source of truth for design coordination.
