Transporting around 840,000 passengers daily and covering over 20 kilometers per year, the S-Bahn train line in Munich is a vital part of the city’s transportation infrastructure. To follow with Munich’s growing population and reduce congestion, a second line is under construction, featuring 7 km of tunnels and three new underground stations, improving accessibility and supporting the city’s continued development. To ensure the project meets the standards, the team adopted a digital construction approach using Dalux. Dalux Box served as the foundation for the BIM models, providing a user-friendly platform that connects all project partners.
