This former Palace of Justice in the heart of Amsterdam has been transformed into Rosewood Amsterdam, the city’s most luxurious hotel. To preserve the building’s heritage, the original structure was retained while a two-story basement was excavated beneath it. Every element has been executed to the highest standards, with a high attention to detail and respect for the building’s heritage. Dalux was first used five years ago during a pilot project and now five years later has expanded to be used for the entire project and proved to be successful helping with teamwork and project management.
