Improving Cross-Team Collaboration On Site at Belfast Grand Central Station

This session shares how Sacyr UK & Ireland made Dalux usage easier and more user friendly for the team to improve communication in the delivery of the landmark Belfast Grand Central Station project.

As a main contractor implementing Dalux mid-project, they focused on using some simple, lesser used features within Field to improve the user experience, proving to be a powerful way to increase adoption and user engagement.

These methods helped connect on-site delivery, management, programme, commercial, design, quality and health & safety teams together – improving the efficiency and quality of information being created and aiding their communication with their client, consultant teams & subcontractors.

Part-time People. Full-time System. Rolling out Dalux without a Single Full-time Person on it.

Discover how Antai Statyba rolled out Dalux Box and Field across every project at a 30-person Lithuanian contractor and developer — with no BIM department, no pilot project, and nobody assigned to it full-time. Arūnas Butkevičius will walk you through the decisions that made it work, what took longer than expected, and what the team still hasn't solved.

Efficient Control and Verification of Work Compliance on the Emonika Project

Quality assurance played a critical role in the successful delivery of the Emonika project. In this session, the presenters will demonstrate how the use of the Dalux enhanced process transparency, improved communication between stakeholders, and enabled a higher level of control over construction execution throughout all project phases.

Special focus was placed on the use of Hold point checklists, which supported a structured and systematic approach to verifying the compliance and quality of completed works. The presenters will highlight how customizable checklists ensured consistency in inspections, provided clear documentation of performed controls, and created a transparent audit trail. This approach not only improved accountability but also facilitated faster approvals and more reliable handovers between different work phases.
