ALL Basel

The ALL building at Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area is sustainable 20,000 m² office and laboratory building, including around 10,000 m² of laboratory spac. The space will be home to the Botnar Immune Engineering, bringing together around 300 researchers focused on developing new treatments, vaccines, and therapies. Designed with a vision of radical sustainability, the building will produce more energy than it consumes across its overall operation, including energy-intensive laboratory use. It is expected to be the first energy-positive laboratory and office building of this scale. With many disciplines involved and a demanding construction schedule, keeping everyone aligned with the latest models was essential. Using Dalux Model Validation, teams coordinate building services and identify clashes based on the same up-to-date models, creating a live, transparent, and centralized coordination process. Dalux SiteWalk also provides a visual record of construction progress, allowing teams to revisit specific locations and compare progress over time, connecting digital coordination with what is happening on site.
