With 67,635 m2 of building floor, 168,014 m2 of roads and paved surfaces, 76,585 m2 of green areas, 94km of railway tracks, and 111 km of trolleybuses, PROMA needed a tool that was capable of managing a project on this large of a scale. By leveraging Dalux, the team created BIM models for three existing sites, fifteen buildings, and the tram network in the city of Bratislava. Through this digitized approach, clients now operate and manage assets using Dalux FM, enabling fast and easy access to information, equipment locations, and linked documentation – all within a centralized platform.
