Lithuania’s first new musical theatre in 50 years brings a modern cultural venue to the country, designed to host everything from musical performances to full-scale opera and welcome visitors from Lithuania and across the region. The project involved a six-year reconstruction, with much of the existing building demolished while selected parts were preserved and integrated into the new theatre. Coordinating the construction alongside specialist stage equipment, suppliers, and technical requirements made the project particularly complex. Dalux supported the project from design through construction, with Dalux Box used during the design stage and Dalux Field connecting contractors and suppliers on site. The project was also one of the company’s first to use SiteWalk, while Dalux continues to support collaboration with the client during the warranty period. By bringing communication, questions, documentation, and follow-up together, Dalux helped the team coordinate the many moving parts behind a new cultural landmark for Lithuania.
