Located in the heart of Riga, this modern office complex, consisting of three interconnected buildings, combines high quality standards and advanced sustainability solutions, creating a modern and welcoming working environment for both employees and visitors. To meet with building objectives, the project adopted the full BIM lifecycle, incorporating all Dalux modules. It stands out as one of the only projects in Latvia to apply BIM technologies from design through to facility management. This integrated approach significantly enhanced decision-making efficiency and streamlined the development, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of built assets.
