Blending a historical preservation with a modern design, and housing 70 luxury apartments, The Grand, is proving that innovation is not just about technology, but precision, integration, and teamwork. With an unprecedented level of detail in the digital model all technical components have been fully designed to be prefabricated leaving a lasting impact on not only construction techniques, but also the city of Nieuwpoort. The BIM model served as a single source of truth, and accessible from any location using a mobile device which resulted in transparent and modern workflows.
