Improving Project Coordination with Dalux

Working on the construction of the new Flemish Radio and Television Broadcasting organization headquarters (VRT) in Brussels, Belgium, EEG needed a better way to manage communication, keep drawings up to date, and ensure that on-site teams had access to the latest project information.

Before Dalux  

Before implementing Dalux, project coordination at EEG relied on multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. For Mathias Bruggeman, Project Manager at EEG, and his team, this made it difficult to maintain a clear overview of questions, changes, comments, and project history.

After implementing Dalux, all project information is kept in one place, making it easier for teams to collaborate across the construction site and office.  

With Dalux EEG now:

• Gives site teams access to the latest drawings and 3D models

• Reduces unnecessary site visits   

In the future, the team expects to use Dalux even more to help them improve processes and make better decisions on site.
